daVinci™ veneers are ideal for patients who may be nervous about dental procedures, as little or no anesthesia is required. They are highly resistant to stains from coffee, red wine, and tobacco, and provide natural-looking, attractive results. Veneers are wafer-thin, so normal eating, speaking, and biting functions are rarely affected. They are available in four shades, from “bright” to “incredibly bright,” and can only be applied to healthy teeth and gums.

Procedure for Placing daVinci™ Veneers

  1. First Visit: Comprehensive examination and treatment planning. This visit includes discussion of objectives, expected results, and ensuring the teeth are healthy enough for veneers.
  2. Second Visit: Preparation of the teeth, generally involving light buffing to create space for the wafer-thin veneers. Impressions are taken and sent to a daVinci™ laboratory for custom fabrication (typically two weeks). Temporary veneers may be placed during this time.
  3. Final Visit: Veneers are temporarily placed to check fit and shade. Adjustments can be made with colored dental cement if needed. The veneers are permanently bonded using specialized dental cleansers and a visible light beam, producing a secure and stunning result.
